Who can make a referral?
We take referrals from professionals and also accept self-referrals. If you would like to discuss a support need prior to completing the form, please give us a call!
How do I make a referral?

If you can, fill in our referral form. If you are unable to do this, then give us a ring and we will go through the referral form with you. Please provide as much information as possible so we can provide the best service we can.

How long will it take to receive a service?
We prioritise our service based on referral date, so the sooner you get in touch the better! Our services are always in need, and we regularly have a waiting list for support.
Is there any support you do not offer?

We create bespoke packages based on your needs. For free services, your need must be for support and not care and it must be achievable in the short term. We do this so we can support as many people as possible. Our support is based on tasks being delivered and so we will only see and speak to you to meet a need for support that you have as part of a plan. We do not offer any care, cleaning, or cooking services, but can try to signpost you to these services if you are able to fund them. We will offer short-term, task centred support, but we are not a regulated financial service and so will never offer you financial advice.

How do you fund your free services?

We rely heavily on donations, fundraising and grants to fund our free services. Any money raised from paid-for services goes back in to supporting our free services. Reaching CIC does not make profit and as much money as possible is spent at a grass roots level. If you can sponsor us, please do so here.
