The following terms and conditions apply to any purchases, donations, sponsorships or bookings made on the Reaching website. Please read these terms carefully before you place orders or make a booking on our website. You must agree to these terms before you place an order or making a booking. We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UK to place an order on our site or to pay for event tickets.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We aim to ensure that all items displayed on our website are in stock. We may withdraw items from sale at any time and without notice.
We try to ensure that our products match the images and descriptions on our website, but sometimes there might be slight differences in colour, size and/or design.
Your order is only accepted by us upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason.
Please check your order carefully and correct any errors before you submit your order. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know whether we are able to change your order. Changes cannot always be guaranteed.
3. Prices
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£). Any applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
Prices for our products, event tickets, sponsorships, and delivery charges may change at any time. If there has been an error on the site regarding the pricing of any of our products, event tickets, sponsorships, or delivery charges, we will try to contact you.
4. Delivery
Delivery options are shown at checkout. We do not deliver to any address outside of the UK. We will aim to deliver your order within 30 days of the order confirmation email unless otherwise agreed.
We shall not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of items. We will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of any events that might cause delay.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:

- Downloadable/digital products
- Perishable goods
- Personalised items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
5.1 Exchanges
We can only replace items if they are faulty or damaged in transit. To request an exchange, email: help@reaching.org.uk
5.2 Return Shipping
You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return postage may be deducted.
We recommend using tracked shipping to return items to us.
5.3 Events & Tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable unless:
- The event is cancelled
- The event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to events.
6. Donations & Sponsorships
Donation and sponsorship payments are non-refundable.
We may publicly acknowledge sponsors unless anonymity is requested.
