Calendar

Here you can see booked appointments. You can click on any of the appointments to view/edit them.

To add a new appointment: click on the relevant date, select the service and fill in details. Create a new customer if needed.

To accept or reject an appointment: click on the appointment booking. Next to the customer name is three boxes – click on the box closest to the customer name to accept or reject the appointment.

To delete a booking: hover over the booking you want to delete and you will see a red bin icon. Click on it to delete the booking.

Appointments

Here you can see your appointment in list view.

If you cannot see all of your appointments, please change the two date ranges to “anytime”.

Schedule

The weekly schedule. Bookings cannot be made outside of your schedule/break times.

Days Off

Shows days you’re unavailable to work.  To add an unavailable day/days, click on the start date and end date.

Profile

You can edit your details here, and you can add any information you would like the customer to see.

Advanced 

You probably won’t need anything on here apart from the Calender feed URL, which can be used to see your upcoming appointments on your external calender such as Outlook. Please note, you can’t make changes to appointments using your external calendar – it will be read only.
